My daughter wanted a tinkerbell quilt. I took a crib sized panel and added six inch squares all around it, mostly in nine patch patterns. I used lots of chenille, some terry cloth, and flannel. I hand quilted around the fairy, but used ribbons to tie the rest of the quilt.
